Who we are

A build-to-print machining partner that takes industrial responsibility for the part.

ESM manufactures to customer definition. We do not sell machine hours: we take a drawing, industrialise it, machine it, deburr it, inspect it, manage the special processes through a qualified partner network, document it and deliver it ready for use.

Founded in 2019 and based in Ben Arous, Tunisia, ESM has grown from 20 to about 150 people in six years, on a machine park bought entirely new. Aerospace represents 80 % of our activity. The remaining 20 % — high-precision industrial and automotive work — is run under the same quality system.

About ESM

What we machine

Capability at a glance

5-axis machining

Eight 5-axis centres, including four pallet-changer monoBLOCK machines and one large-envelope centre at 1,335 × 1,250 × 900 mm.

3 and 4-axis

Four 3-axis verticals and three horizontal 4-axis centres with automatic pallet changers for repeatable, high-volume runs.

Prototype to serial

First articles, small batches and medium-to-large series managed in the same flow, with the same documentation discipline.

Inspection and FAI

In-house control laboratory, 3D portable arm measurement, calibrated instrument pool and First Article Inspection on every new part.

The industrial flow

From drawing to delivered component.

Every part follows the same controlled sequence. Each step has an owner, a record and an acceptance criterion. Nothing moves forward on a verbal agreement.

One controlled flow

01

RFQ and technical review

Feasibility, material availability, process route and capacity are reviewed before any commitment is made.

02

Industrialisation and DFM

Process definition, fixture design, tooling selection and manufacturability feedback to the customer.

03

CNC programming and simulation

CAM programming from the 3D definition, verified by machine-accurate simulation before the first chip is cut.

04

Material and traceability

Incoming inspection, certificate control and batch identification maintained through every downstream operation.

05

Machining and in-process control

Setup validation, first-off approval, operator self-inspection and in-process checks against the control plan.

06

Fitting and finishing

Manual deburring, edge break and finishing to the applicable acceptance criteria — on every aerospace part.

07

Special processes

Surface treatment and coating routed to qualified partners, with incoming re-inspection on return.

08

Final inspection and release

Dimensional verification, FAI where applicable, certificate of conformity and documented release.

09

Packing and delivery

Protective packing, FOD control and dispatch with the complete quality data package.

Quality system

Built to be audited.

ESM operates a quality management system certified to EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015, with a documented process map, an internal audit programme, QRQC on the shop floor, 8D problem solving and a FOD programme aligned with AS 9146.

Why ESM

Four reasons a buyer puts a package here.

01

A machine park with no legacy

Every CNC centre was bought new. The park is young, uniform and predominantly single-brand, which means shared programming standards, shared spares, shared operator skills and predictable capability from one machine to the next.

02

Real absorption capacity

7,950 machining hours a month, run over three shifts with a dedicated weekend team. Load and capacity are planned machine by machine in our ERP over a rolling horizon of more than twelve months.

03

One interface, one flow

Material procurement, machining, fitting, managed special processes, inspection, documentation and logistics under a single point of responsibility — fewer interfaces to manage, one quality data package to review.

04

Nearshore, inside the European rhythm

Two hours from southern Europe, in a European time zone, with French and English as working languages. Close enough for a source inspection on short notice, competitive enough to matter on a should-cost.

Next step

Send us a drawing. We will tell you what it takes.

Technical review, process route and a considered answer — not a generic quotation. Files are handled confidentially and never shared outside the review team.
